👩⚕️ Your Role as Head Veterinarian
As Head Vet, you’ll lead a close-knit team of two experienced veterinarians, supported by skilled veterinary nurses and a friendly receptionist. You’ll guide clinical standards, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with our vet manager to foster a culture of excellence, learning, and wellbeing.
Your structured Monday–Friday schedule—with just one Saturday shift per month—ensures a healthy work-life balance while allowing you to focus on leadership and clinical care.

🐶 About You – We’re looking for a compassionate leader who:
• Holds a BVSc or equivalent and is registered to practice in South Australia
• Has 3+ years of clinical experience and leadership potential
• Can inspire and guide a team to deliver exceptional care
• Is committed to continuous professional development
• Communicates effectively and builds strong client relationships
• Part-Time or Full-Time role will be considered
